The UD International Partner Conference marked many firsts for UD Trucks. The conference saw the congregation of more than 150 partners and distributors of Nissan Diesel Motors and Volvo spanning seven regions from across South East Asia to Saudi Arabia and Latin America - the first time an event of such magnitude was organized since its acquisition by the Volvo Group.
For the first time also, guests were introduced to the new UD corporate branding as well as UD Truck’s vision and future plans under the Volvo management.
Other highlights of the 2 –day conference included a Kagami-braki ceremony, UD Idol contest as well as Boom Boom drums team-building workshop.
The conference ended on a high and the client was happy that the event met their objectives of fostering closer relations with their regional partners.
