This event was originally planned and managed internally by the IBM team. Originally slated for a 100 persons event, the agenda grew and with the new objectives set by the IBM business leaders, more business units became involved.
The overwhelming response to this flagship internal kickoff increased to over 700 persons in 3 weeks, making the IBM ASEAN Industry Frameworks University 2010 the largest internal ASEAN show ever.
With the increase in attendance and event requirements, Circus Maximus was engaged 3 weeks out to help coordinate registrations, hotel check-ins, event logistics and entertainment and teambuilding programmes. The result was a mega seller event that is IBM’s largest to date, and a colourful and memorable programme that set the stage for the enablement and empowerment of IBMers. |
