F5 ASEAN User Conference 2010

The inaugural F5 ASEAN User Conference was held on 12th August 2010, with the aim of moving F5 as an integrated Application Delivery Networking solution provider to the forefront of the user community.

It was an event of many 'firsts' starting from the creation of a new event identity, to the set design and customer journey.

The theme invites users and partners to be part of The Integrated Experience in Application Delivery Networking. The F5 Experience was represented by the 5 senses of sight, sound, smell, taste and touch, which was expressed in the event design and activated throughout the customer journey. These 5 senses map back to the 5 robust pillars of Availability, Intelligence, Security, Acceleration and Flexibility that F5 solutions offer.

The opening video, produced with our in-house capabilities, sets the theme and links these 5 pillars to our key messages. To make the sessions more interactive, a new technology called Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) was deployed to allow real-time polling and survey submissions, allowing F5 to reduce their carbon footprint through the paperless method.
 
The result was the introduction of a new customer perspective to the F5 brand through a truly interactive and unique audience engagement.
